1️⃣ Marketing/Social Media Manager

Location: Kuwait – Full-time/ Remote

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Create high-quality posts, stories, reels (design, photo, video, copywriting).

• Engage with followers: respond to comments and DMs.

• Send and manage WhatsApp broadcasts.

• Analyze performance and optimize strategies.

• Handle PR: influencer outreach, PR packages, collaborations, media relations, and press releases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media/content creation (beauty or lifestyle brand preferred).

• Strong design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

• Excellent Arabic & English communication.

• Network with influencers/media in Kuwait/GCC is a plus.

2️⃣ Purchase & Documentation Officer

Location: Kuwait – Full-time/ Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and supplies (local & international).

• Handle quotations, POs, supplier negotiations.

• Oversee shipping, HS codes, invoices, customs documents.

• Maintain organized company records and compliance files.

• Coordinate with operations & finance for smooth supply chain.

Requirements:

• Experience in purchasing/documentation (FMCG/cosmetics a plus).

• Knowledge of import/export procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Office & document management.

• Strong negotiation & organizational skills.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

3️⃣ Operations Manager

Location: Kuwait – Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, fulfillment, and customer service.

• Lead teams and optimize workflows.

• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and retail partners.

• Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety regulations.

• Support management in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Operations Manager or similar.

• Knowledge of business operations, supply chain, logistics.

• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication in English (Arabic preferred).

• FMCG/cosmetics/retail background is a plus.
