For domestic orders: you will receive your items will be wrapped inside a pink cocoa&shea box which will be placed in a pink cocoa&shea bag.

For international order: we do not offer cocoa & shea packaging at the moment. Your items will be packed in the shipping company's box.

You will receive an email with an order confirmation. Check your inbox after making an order.

For domestic orders we offer the following:

• Delivery within 24 hours.
• Standard delivery: within 2-4 days.

For international shipping: orders will be delivered within 5-14 days.

For domestic orders:

• Delivery within 24 hours: 3.000 KWD
• Standard delivery: 2.000 KWD

For international delivery:

• Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your total items.

You get free shipping & delivery when your total purchase is 30.000 KWD or above.

Please note that we can only change your delivery address if your order has not been dispatched yet. If your order is shipped already and it's on it's way to you we cannot change the address.
