Shipping policy

For orders placed in Kuwait: Delivery options: 

1- Standard: 2-4 days delivery. Delivery cost is 2 KWD for all areas. 

2- Express: Delivery within 24 hours. Delivery cost is 3 KWD for all areas. 

3- Free Delivery: We offer free standard delivery for orders that spend 30 KWD or above. Standard delivery takes 2-4 days to deliver. 

- You can choose the delivery option suitable for you at  checkout. 

Note: Friday is our day off. we do not deliver any orders on Fridays. If your order delivery is due Friday, please allow one more day for delivery. 

For international orders including Gulf Countries: 

Orders will dispatched within 2-4 days of ordering. Shipping time might take from 5-14 days. We are not responsible for any shipping delay caused by your local customs. 

The Tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as it becomes available. 

Shipping method is Express shipping through one of the following shipping companies : Fedex, Aramex, or DHL. 

Shipping rate depends on the weight of your items, which will be calculated automatically at Checkout.
